Masi Organic Improver (MASI ORG)

MASI ORG is created for improving the freshness and volume of organic rye bread. It also enhances the baking properties of the dough. It is suitable for use in sourdoughs, 100 % rye doughs and high-fibre doughs.

Dosage recommendation 1,0-2,0 % of flour weight.

Neve Organic Improver (NEVE)

An all-round improver for baking organic wheat and multi-grain breads. NEVE improves the dough’s baking properties and increases the volume of finished products.

Dosage recommendation 0,7-2,0 % of flour weight.
