Fazer Mills has been making baking mixes and dough improvers for years. We have now harnessed the skills of our expert millers and bakers for gluten-free baking, and expanded our product selection with gluten-free flour mixes and bread improvers.

Currently, our basic selection includes four products:

  • Kauraleipämix GF: A flour mix for making gluten-free oat bread.
  • Pullax GF: Bun mix for 100% gluten-free baking. With the Pullax GF, you can make delicious buns that remain fresh and soft for a long time.
  • OBI GF: A dough improver designed for gluten-free baking that improves the processability of the dough, and adds softness and a fresh feel to products for several days. Dosage: 0.8–1.5% of the weight of the starch. Suitable for a coeliac diet.
  • SOFT GF: A dough improver designed for gluten-free baking that adds softness and a fresh feel to products for several days. Dosage: 0.8–1.5% of the weight of the starch.

Our gluten-free production plant has been audited by the Association of European Coeliac Societies (AOECS).
