Fazer and Nordic Rye Forum organise in collaboration a virtual symposium on rye: Rye – “wholy” grain for gut and the brain. The symposium is part of the virtual Nordic Nutrition Conference 2020 NNC2020, 14.-16.12.2020.

The symposium program highlights the latest scientific understanding on the role of rye in nutrition and health. The presentations from scientifically distinguished speakers cover the nutritional value of rye, gut-brain axis, fibre and gut microbiota composition, rye and cardio-metabolic health and rye phytochemicals.

The symposium is open for students and professionals interested in rye and health, and it is free-of-charge.
