Nordic Oats cooperation arranges a three-parted seminar during the exhibition on 7th December with a theme: Our highly professional oat value chain – from field to fork or from seed to sustainability. Fazer Mills is one of the representative companies in this seminar and our professional presentation aims to give insight on the importance of right grain processing to ensure safe and tasty oats. Our speaker – Markku Mikola, Ph.D. Food Science – is the Head of R&D in Fazer Mills Finland. He has worked with Oats in various positions in research and business from early 1990’s.
Come and be inspired about the uniqueness of Nordic Oats. We will guide the audience through important steps to a unique product – via plant breeding, research, sustainable agriculture to processing of this valuable grain.
